·      50% fee if canceled within 2 hours (covers pro travel).

·      No-show or late access: Full service fee charged .

Wallet & Points Impact

·      Fees deducted from wallet or paid instantly; points unaffected.

·      Reschedule within 24 hours? No fee if slot available.

·      Repeated cancellations (3+ in a month): Account review, possible temp hold.

Pro Cancellations
