Service & Payments

·      Services limited to Kanyakumari areas like Nagercoil; pros arrive within 2-4 hours.

·      Transparent pricing with upfront quotes; payments via app (UPI, cards).

·      Box Points: Earn 1 point per ₹100 spent, redeem 100 points = ₹10 off future bookings.

·      Wallet Option: Top-up wallet for instant payments, 2% cashback on loads above ₹500 .

Wallet & Points Policy

·      Wallet funds non-refundable except disputes; valid 1 year.

·      Points expire in 6 months, non-transferable; track via app dashboard.

·      Abuse (fake bookings) leads to suspension.
