Refund Policy

TOOL BOX Refund Policy covers fair processing for our Kanyakumari home services app, including Box Points and Wallet. Refunds issued only for valid cases like pro no-show or app errors; processed within 48-72 hours.

Eligible Refunds

·      Full refund if pro doesn't arrive within 60 mins or cancels last-minute.

·      Partial (50-80%) for incomplete/unsatisfactory service; photos required via app.

·      Wallet top-ups: Refundable only on disputes, minus 5% fee; points non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Cases

·      User cancellations within 2 hours (per Cancellation Policy).

·      No-shows or denied access by user.

·      Services completed successfully, even if later unhappy.

Process & Wallet Impact

Request via app chat with order ID; support reviews in 24 hours. Refunds to original payment method or wallet (2% cashback eligible on reloads). Repeated claims may flag account. Check app for updates . Contact support@toolboxs.net.
